  • You really cant ask for much more from a business. As a matter of fact, business owners should take a page from the upper Management of Stratum. The owners continued to reach out to me well after the inital situation in attempts to make our inital complaint right. They really went above and beyond to insure that our next vist was completly accomodated as well. The staff was on point and very kind to the 20 plus screaming children that followed behind me. I am very happy that I gave them a second chance and will continue to return with my family. They may not be able to control everyone that comes through the door but they will step up and make it right if you are not satisfied with their services! Good job team!
