Out of all the amazing places to eat in Vegas, I don't know why I chose this place. The timeshare I was staying at was very close to The Orleans and every time I drove past it, it put me in the mood for Jambalaya. So the third night I was in Vegas, I ordered The Jambalaya Pasta. It was ok, I had leftovers and I never have leftovers. I think that speaks volumes of the quality of the dish. This night was also the first time I tried oysters. my friends and I ordered Oyster Shooters, because mixing anything with Vodka sounds like a good idea, right? Wrong. I don't think I'm a fan of oysters, I just don't get the appeal. I see myself visiting Las Vegas many more times in my life, but I will not be visiting Big Al's again.
