  • They May have a good Dentist but he has ZERO business skills and Zero personality, me and my wife recently started using Four Peaks do to th location that is close to home, our first visit was a cleaning in which me and my wife were very satisfied they even gave us a gift basket and overly friendly thinking we had finally found our guy. well that honeymoon ended really quick, we returned at a later date to have a crown for me and a cleaning and filling for wife. I was given a statment and told what will and will not be covered and and payed upfront being told that there will be no surprise bills. well that was a lie, I got a bill a month later threatening to take me to collections for $125.00 with no explanation to why, aftrer paying $500 up front. (RED FLAG #1). why my wife was getting worked on my wife had an issue while getting her filling and had to stop for a moment thats when the dentist made a coment under his breath and stomped out, but later returned to finish the job. (5 min time lapse). I also have felt uneasy with the dentist and have witnessed his child like temper. the office bombards you with emails, calls and letters about appointments (way to many times).They try to run a business by having constant givaways and gimmicks which is clue that something is not working in there business model. you win customers over with Professionalism, courtesey, and a good business sense not with Big screen TV's and I-pod Givaways which they use to drum up positive reviews on-line. ''Write a Review and get a ticket to win a Big Screen TV or I-PAD" I am never coming back, stop calling me, stop emailing me and take me off your mailing list. ohh unless i just won an I-PAD or TV then Its ok. Sorry about the harsh review good luck.
