Our 6 year old Ford Focus had the transmission replaced (under warranty) last year following several years of transmission issues. The transmission was replaced by a Ford dealer other than Yorkdale Ford. Less than a year later, we had another transmission failure. Car was not driveable. Called Yorkdale Ford to arrange to have the car towed in and serviced. Was told that the transmission guy was off that day and he was backed up and it would be 6-8 WEEKS before they could schedule a service date. 6-8 WEEKS. We contacted Ford Customer Service and shared the response we got from Yorkdale Ford and their response was "we are not responsible for our dealer scheduling problems." We traded in the Ford Focus the next day -- for a Toyota, and now we know we have a reliable car, and outstanding service. Very, very disappointed with the attitude of the service department and lack of customer service at Yorkdale Ford.
