  • I had to give Cut a 5 star because everything was perfect. The food was perfect, the service was perfect, the company was perfect and our seat was perfect... So this restaurant is the new and lovely Palazzo Hotel. It is also the newest Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Vegas. This one specializes in Steaks. So of course all 5 of us had the steaks. Starting with the appetizers, not sure what we had, we told them to bring us a variety of chef's picks and they did. They were all beautifully done and delicious. I have to say, the only thing I would be disappointed about, was the portions of the dishes, for the price, it could've been bigger. The entrees were delicious, all the steaks were cooked to perfection, and we all had different cuts. The side dishes were delicious. The dessert was delicious, what can I say? They also gave us the booth seating that had the view of the whole dining room, was intimate and at the same time, we were able to see everything. We had a great time, it is pricey, but for the 5 of us the bill came to under $600, so not too bad and we had cocktails. I would definitely go again.
