  • I had called Carter at least a couple of times, maybe three, prior to actually asking him to come out and diagnose what needed to be repaired. The reason I hesitated was because I wasn't sure if a mobile repair could actually do things without an "office" as friends had told me, no they don't have the equipment, or no it's too hot for them to do a good job, etc. So I had a reputable repair shop do things that needed done, although Carter was correct in telling me possible repairs that needed to be done. The time came to have an oil change and I was hearing a noise while putting car into gear and decided to ask Carter to come and help. Chad and Carter both came and together diagnosed and repaired problem and did an oil change. It was also 100 degrees outside and I do not have covered parking. Anyways not only did they work together well and everything was done in timely manner but Carter didn't disrespect the shop that had done the original repair, and make any negative comments. I respected that. Very convenient for me to not have to get to a shop to be first in line, wait to see what they come up with, and get a ride to and from. Price was very reasonable. I had seen the number of 5 star reviews and thought ok they might be made up and if they are then I guess I'll have to say so but they are true reviews obviously, cause I got to experience their expertise. Thank you Chad and Carter. I'm glad I finally met you!
