| - ermahgerd. sooo gerd. read about the $17mil rennovations to Bacchanal and i was very excited to try it out a month after it opened!
our wait on a saturday morning at 11:30 was literally 20 minutes, could not have been any happier. our party of 7 was seated in a secluded private room that had a nice view of the pools.. which was fun for the guys, but hello? for us girls, we don't need to see skinny girls walking around in bikinis while we're on a feeding frenzy.
there was an abundance of food, the layout is interesting. unlike Studio B at the M Resort, where it's a big open space, and you just walk along the snaking path, it seems at Bacchanal, there are pockets of rooms with food, and you may miss it if you don't walk down a certain path.
i definitely love the creativity in each dish (mmm, hello flatbread pizza with a quail egg on top!) it's nice that they're served to you in smaller portions so you're still hungry enough to try different things after your first round.
the service was great. we got our free-flowing mimosas on, and it was dee-lish! didn't do it this time around, but definitely a bargain if you do the buffet-of-buffets!
