  • Another problem! Chatted online requesting warranty coverage for my retractable screen door mesh that isn't tight enough so it's wavy when open. They said the warranty didn't cover a person or animal going through it or damage from high winds. I told them none of that happened and the perfectly good mesh shows I didn't damage it. They said their LIFETIME "limited" warranty doesn't cover this even though it's due to the construction of their product. They quoted me $195.00 to have it fixed or $49.00 for me to pay for them to look at their product problem. I said I wouldn't pay to have them come out and they again threatened me by saying if I had someone else fix it the LIFETIME "limited" warranty would be voided. UNBELIEVABLE! This company does NOT stand behind their products in any way, warranty or not!
