  • My most recent experience involved a seasonal checkup of the HVAC system for $89. According to them, it was over 18yrs old but the tech still needed to 'test' it. Total cost for $89 visit = $325. The verbal quotes they offered for a new system were at least 30% more than others. The sales rep did not offer a written, prepared quote. He provided a model number later, for equipment we did not discuss. Do yourself a favor.. call someone else. There are other companies who have been in business for 30+ years in Charlotte.. who you can trust.
