  • VERY busy spa, with patrons who don't use SPA volume voices. UGH. I want to RELAX people. Pipe down. Complimentary: teas, fruit infused water, apples and coffee. My facial was scheduled for 50 mins and the back facial 25 mins. Both services together was less than 70 minutes. I felt gypped. The technician also was not the greatest: -I could hear her cell phone vibrating in her pocket, NEVER had that happen -She should flutter her fingers when massaging my face, not treat it like a larger body part -Very rough in general, when she would fold the sheets, they would hit my face -No technique with massage on face or hands -Her version of a scalp massage, scratching with her nails -Very little extraction, I just got home and did some she missed. Uses metal lance, didn't know they allow in spas anymore?!?! Definitely don't tip before your service here, I added an additional tip anticipating a great service, but sadly I was mistaken. The gals at reception are great and I had a ball shopping in their retail section. Eminence and Hydro Peptide products. Loved the size of the steam sauna and the varying temperatures of soaking tubs.
