I have gone many times to this location. Each time I felt like I wasn't a valued customer, but I thought it was just me. Today I know it wasn't me this place does not have the best customer service and needs to remember what really matters. Been busy making the product does not mean forgetting about valued customer. I went today to just buy two gift cards and not once was I even acknowledged. So I just stood there watching them make coffee for about 5 minutes. You can't forget about the customer while you're making the product. Otherwise you'll have no customers to buy your product. This site needs to learn how to value a customer. It takes one second to say "hello I'll be right with you", It takes just one second to say "we will be right with you", It takes one second to just say "hello".
