  • We used Alexon to do a remodel of our pool area. I could list problems a a mile long. The sales process was ok but we had to be on them constantly for progress updates and even if someone would show up daily. They told us our project would start at a specific timeframe and it ended up being at least a month later. We gave them a timeframe of when it needed to be started and done because of travel. Instead of agreeing to it they should have been up front about not being able to meet our time. The squeaky wheel has to be used for this company. We only saw action when we complained. They were growing and expanding at the time but didn't have the correct resources at the time. We do like our finished product but the workmanship of our pool columns could be better. One of them is a bit crooked which I notice and have to over look. I would definitely suggest a time line that is in the contract signed by all parties. Make sure you are there to watch the workers to make sure it is done correctly. The owner never once came out even though we were told he would. All talk and no action.
