  • I would give this place 0 stars DO NOT GO HERE! This place is disgusting. It never seemed clean. I went into a bed that still had someone else's body fluids. The beds don't work properly. Either lights out or fans not working. They wouldn't even upgrade me after it happened a few times to make my experience better. I was told when I signed up. I only have a 3 month contract with them. So I didn't think I needed to cancel my 3 month contract. When the girl explained it to me verbally that it was canceled after 3 months. So I initialed it. It also states at the top 3 month contract. But I didn't think I needed to read the fine Print to a tanning salon. My 3 THREE Month contract basically has a oddly worded way of stating that if you do not cancel with a cancellation waiver then you will still be in contact and they will charge you. It doesn't make any sense. What it SHOULD state is that it is a regular monthly contract with a minimum of 3 months before cancellation. It's sneaky and a bad way of business practice. I am beyond pissed that they charged me for the last 3 months! It seems predatory. It also seems like someone else has posted that they have done this to her as well in the last 5 days.
