I appreciate that the company gives you a 20-30 min advance notice of their arrival as well as a text message with a pic of the technician to ensure you know who is supposed to be showing up at your door. They are very professional, considerate of your home (wearing booties inside and cleaning up any trash from their visit) and are friendly and accommodating to get the job done right.
