  • The storage facility is clean and well kept. The security is great with the card system. It is also very well lit (felt safe from the parking lot to the storage building itself). The few staff members I interacted with were very knowledgeable and polite. They could use more personnel at the service desk though. They always only had one there to help and the line gets ridiculous at certain times. Also, entry and exit for the customers would improve substantially if they were to open up a path from Commerce St. Craig Rd is always busy so maneuvering a big truck through steady flowing traffic that hardly eases up is a bit stressful.
