  • I got roped in by the buy 3 get one free tire deal, as well as a $50.00 Cooper Tire rebate. The price of $650.00 for 4 SUV tires was too good to be true. My 4 Runner has been shaking at any speed over 55 mph. I think they didn't properly balance the tires. So I called and made an appointment for them to fix the problem. I arrived this am for my 930 appointment and they tell I don't have an appointment at all. They see no record of it. I just reviews my call log and for sure this was the location I called 3 days ago. So now I sit and wait for what is to be an estimated hour plus in a disgusting, dirty waiting area.
