  • Walked in on a Wednesday at 10:30 for a fill, was told it was a 10 min wait, no problem. At first glance, it was very dirty. I needed a fill so bad though, I decided to wait. I went to take a look at the color selection.. It was in desperate need of replacement! I tried to open one bottle and the cap came right off with out the applicator attached, still I settled for a semi decent color and sat. While waiting I was looking around to try and see a list of prices, there were none to be found.After waiting for 15 min I decided enough was enough. I put the color back and quickly got outta there. Will not be returning!
