rev:text	1) was told test results would be available 24-48 hrs. Had to call them a week after test was administered. 2) my messages had not been returned M, Tu or W so by Thu afternoon, I decided to just schedule an appointment. Scheduling will always answer, yet the receptionist never will - weird. 3) my appt was at 8:20 and I arrived early. At 8:22 I noticed the nurse practitioner greet and go back with someone else. At 8:30, I explained to the front desk I had another appointment at 9 and I would need to reschedule - this happens and I was not upset. The woman up front said it would just be a few minutes, she seemed very nervous that I might leave. I agreed to wait. At 8:39 I returned and stated I had to go and could reschedule for Monday. She seems very panicked and is stalling like she doesn't know how to make an appointment. Then she starts typing feverishly and another woman comes out and ask what the problem is. I explain I can no longer wait and that I don't understand the problem with rescheduling. She tells me, that for patients who arrive for their appointment and then choose to no longer wait for the Dr, they will be assessed a $60 fee. I am livid, I immediately told them I was no longer their patient as of then and to send me the bill for $60 and I'll dispute it all day long. I had to make an appt because no one would return a phone call, the nurse practitioner is running more than 15 minutes late and they want me to PAY THEM!!! I am dumbfounded they feel entitled to $60 for missing my appointment!
