  • Been here a few times, it's always fast and staff are nice enough. Went to get prius cleaned of mud in wheel wells & sides, and vacuum debris from inside (leafs, grass, dried dirt). Got $20 "diamond" wash, thinking that would do the job. Didn't inspect before leaving lot--wheel wells were still full of mud, interior had debris, and cup holders and door slots weren't vacuumed. Clerk had said come back in 5 days for a "re-wash", I normally don't but this time did thinking it they'd clean it right. Saw this location closed for remodeling so went to Park St on day 5. Lot staff were nice, but desk clerk charged $5 for the rewash. I said I'd expected no charge due to bad 1st wash, she said "it's a rewash not a free wash", asked if I'd called them (no), and explained the prices for rewashes after 3 and 5 days. Cleaner, but still inadequate. I'll do it myself next time...
