  • Absolutely do NOT move in here!!! At first glance apartments are nice and clean with updated appliances but beyond that it's horrific. Neighbors suck and are always loud, parking is absolutely terrible! You only get one parking pass to park under the designated area otherwise you have to look for an uncovered spot and covered or not there is never any places to park so I have to park all the way in the back & walk all the way to the front to get to my apartment. Within the last couple of weeks there has been MULTIPLE car thefts including my car being broken into and valuable property being stolen as well as my finances car and multiple other cars where they shattered the car window to get into it. And the apartments aren't doing anything about this violation and theft! There is no security cameras and there is one security guard that was outside the gates at the time of this car theft learning how to ride a skateboard so he was no use what so ever. When we called and told the apartments the first time they said yea this has been going on for a while we will write a letter.... and that's it! The second time we called and told them and they said they had no idea it happened. Another thing was they called us and told us are car had an expired registration so we took it to get a new registration and it hadn't expired yet till a couple days later ..... also I've seen multiple cockroaches in the house now and while they do provide pest control that doesn't stop the cockroaches from coming in. Also someone threw there couch off of the balcony and the apartments called us and blamed us for doing this. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would never renew a lease with them. There maintenance sucks and they could care less about what's going on in their complex. I'm so furious at this place that now I have to worry about car theft every night and I have my 1 year old son with me and others have kids here to and that's not ok !!!
