I got my first tattoo here as a walk-in, so I was very grateful that they took me in. I got a cross on my wrist for only $30 plus tip. Joel did my tattoo and he was awesome. I'd definitely come back only for him.
When i walked in the shop, it wasn't crowded at all. The guy who greeted me had no energy or emotions which i thought was weird... I told him what I wanted then he introduced me to an artist. I told the artist I wanted a cross on my arm. The cross was upright to me when I look at my arm but when my arm is down it is upside down. When i showed him my sketch of the cross and where I wanted it, he was like "Yeah I'm not going to do that. I don't do upside down crosses because they are SATANIC." I didn't understand what he was talking about. But he was like "yeah there is only one correct way to have a cross on your arm and its the other way you want it. So i will not do this tattoo unless its the other way."
I totally understand where he was coming from, and I honestly had no idea that was a thing. He was very blunt and arrogant about it which i did not appreciate. So thank God joel was there to do my tattoo
