rev:text	Worst place to Live,don't live here unless you want to get ripped off.... water is $75.00 and it tends to go up their is no flat rate like other places.. their is a 60 day move oit notice so In other words you pay for your new place and your old place you staying now.... management sucks thankful to be out of their soon.... Management sucks period their is even maintenance guys parking under the coveted parking that is for us and we have the maintenance guys taking our parking. Something is wrong with that.... will not be renewing my lease too and heard that even though you clean up they make excuses so they don't have to give you back your deposit....thats messed up..
