  • I was hired on as a temp in 2015 for wealth Management. Being eager to learn as a new employee I took an overnight shift so I can finish going to school. I was given 6 skill sets. That means taking more calls then perminate or tenured agents. While NOT receiving a pay differential Bank of America decided that I didn't need it) no benifits ( even though everyone there knew I suffered from health issues)This company wanted you to break your neck for them. I had unbelievable unrealistic quality metrics. So I was failing these metrics cause of all the other jobs I had. To give them more reasons not to hire someone. They keep temps for years without hiring so they don't have to pay. The job is stressful listening to rich dumb people and having to graciously kiss their assets. This company cares nothing for you. They DEMAND a lot and our full of it . DON'T WORK HERE
