  • Always great customer service. You can tell that Apple really picks their employees and holds them to a high standard. Always helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is the location. The paid on and off street parking is a nightmare. And to lug a big box your computer comes blocks from the store really sucks. I prefer Ross Park mall location , but that's a hike
