  • Not coming back, our most recent stay of almost a week sucked. Our smallest dog caught an infection! In addition, we were clear with our length of stay and pre-paid. We like to pre-pay to avoid any surprises. At pick up, we were asked to pay for an additional day for both our dogs. All this due to the fact THEY mis-calculated. We had spoken to the young man at the counter twice prior to coming in for our stay, and twice he gave us the figure we pre-paid. They said prior to pick up we had called and extended our stay! This was a lie! We called and asked for a bath for both dogs, we did not extend our stay! After having to argue my point with the owner, even when the young man acknowledged we gave him the correct dates. My point is if your employee is acknowledging his screw up why did I even have to argue...I really wanted to like this place as you can see from my original review but we will not be coming back!
