If I could give zero stars, I would. I was lucky enough to get to interact with this company, even though I never contracted them. After painting a neighbor's house, I noticed they had over-sprayed my house, 2 gates, a carport cover and both of my cars.
Stoked? No. Angry? Not yet.
Cue the start of my attempt at a remedy. I have been in constant contact with both office staff and their outside production manager. Everyone i have dealt with in the office has been stellar but the buck stops there. Getting workers scheduled was an absolute fiasco but we eventually came to a date for their guys to visit and fix. Can you believe they NO SHOWED on the promised day?!
From the start of my attempted resolution, this company has over-promised and under-delivered, ON EVERY FRONT. I will update this review based on the final resolution. I've also included a screen shot of a text message exchange between myself and the production supervisor. THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT
Update #1 After the text message exchange pictured below, they didn't show for a second time. Someone finally showed Saturday and after a couple of hours, called it quits. Paint is still everywhere. They did send out an auto detail company that removed any trace of paint and the vehicles look fantastic.
Update #2 Production supervisor and a gentleman can out the following weekend to complete the job. They removed as much paint as they could scrub off before agreeing to repaint two walls that are covered in over-spray. I gave him the paint bucket used to cover my house the year before, thinking he was headed to the paint store and would return. Instead they simply left my paint, packed up and left without any indication. After taking a look at their work, I realized they badly damaged the finish on my side gate. THE BEST PART, is the production supervisor has stopped answering his phone! I also included a close up picture of the trim around my house after two attempts at cleaning.
Update #3 I am now in contact with the owner. A huge difference in attitude and tact. Joe visited my house and we have laid out a game plan to resolve any outstanding issues. I have my fingers crossed that we will find success!
Update #4 after working with the owner, a new crew came out and painted the overspray on the eves and walls. The crew was quick and professional. I'd give them a B+, only because the worst area is still showing overspray through their coat. We have also came to an agreed resolution with my gate. I am waiting for the final outcome to come to fruition. Assuming it does, I will be satisfied with their efforts and will post accordingly.
Update #5 I received my settlement for the damage to my property. Although the final solution was within my expectation, it took some work/time to get there. I wish the owner would have reached out initially after my first request(of about 5). Although I completely understand that as an owner, you have 17 fires constantly burning and have to delegate your time accordingly but I feel confident saying that with an initial contact, it would have been a much cheaper/less painful experience for all parties involved.
