  • I have no idea if I lost any inches off my waist as Kim did not bother to measure me at the end of my 12 treatments. I did not notice any loss of more than one inch at best; It may have firmed up a little. Kim is nice, but I did not like having to stare at the "gratuity is great!" Sign on her shelf during every treatment. I also had to ask her to put a clean towel down on the vibration machine as it was not up to my standards of cleanliness. I was waiting until the final measurement to give a tip, but because I didn't tip all along, I guess they weren't interested in any future business from me.
