  • I went to Urban Necessities because I heard they had some good shoe cleaner. When I got there they didn't greet me and no one said anything to me until I spoke to them first. Horrible customer service number one. Secondly I went and asked a guy for the shoe cleaner and I informed him that I was trying to clean my red Puma Suede's. He didn't even know what I was talking about. Finally we talked and figured it out. The shoe cleaner came without a brush or anything, so I talked to him and found out if there was something to clean it with. There was this white sponge that he recommended. I took it home to clean my shoes and now they're really messed up. Small white particles broke off from the sponge all over my Red Puma Suede's! Wow what a waste of money and time!
