  • This has to have the rudest and most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered! I believe her name was Christine, could be wrong as I was so mad. My doctor sent over a referral for a procedure on 6/21/17. I called to make an appointment. Whoever does the referrals wasn't available. I talked to a girl and she said thatI would have to wait for my insurance referral to be approved. Also, they didn't do the procedure, Modified Barium Swallow test there. I would have to go somewhere else, Desert something and they oversaw it there. They couldn't get me in until August 14th at the earliest. They would call when the referral came in. Well, it's August 17th, so I thought I call. This person was so nasty it was unbelievable!! I asked about what was happening and off she went. Telling me that she called me and spoke to me. Which she didn't. I keep extremely detailed notes, plus I am not senile! I told her that I didn't receive a call and she argues with me that I did! "Anyway", she nastily says, " you didn't meet your deductible and that means your a cash payment, so that's $1500"! Ok. Then she continues, "I told your doctor this that you're not in our network". Well he never received any notification. I've seen him several times since June! I could afford the co-pay, but I don't care if it was 15 cents, I would never go or recommend this place! She calls me a liar and was just unbelievably rude for no reason! It's not like I called screaming! Obviously, she didn't follow through and she's trying to cover her own butt! She really needs to find another line of work. Hopefully, one that has no contact with people!
