I too have had major problems with Direct Tv and Century Link.
My bill is always a surprise. I have overpaid consistently and am now making notes on my checks stating it is an overpayment.I have literally hours on the phone with both companies.
Century link never bundled me correctly and lied about the package pricing.
I call 2 times per month and am switched between both companies and every time they assure me it is resolved. I have spoken with supervisors and still these people cannot get my bill straight. Two things I have been doing from the start, documenting all employee names and #s and conversation. My last 4 sessions regarding my problem I have added using my webcam for documenting my conversations. I sent Century Link a letter with my last overpayment letting them know.I plan on filing a complaint with Attorney General's office and the FCC. I am also going to consult an Attorney as this is becoming a real job for me and I am putting together a bill for my time involved, It is now affecting my quality of life, as I need to take time off from work to deal with these Goons!!!!.
