I got the St. Honore Pistachio (pistachio tart) and the Terret et Neige for my sister's birthday. The pistachio tart was much harder than I had expected but it was still delicious. With the tarte raspberries, the taste of pistachio glows! Comparable to Nadege's almond tarts, these ones are on the harder and almost crunchier end. Although I prefer the lighter almond crust, this one was still good 4.5/5.
The Terret et Neige, matcha mousse cake, was good- a little bit on the signature /bitter/ note of matcha but still yummy. 3.5/5. Service was quick as the store had no customers. One comment, one of the cakes was damaged which was not the result of transportation. So maybe you should check up on your to-go cakes as they're putting them into the box if you want undamaged cakes.
