  • Illegal operation of selling used/restocked/demo furniture as new. Once all of the pieces of our leather sectional were delivered we found a remote in the side of one of the recliner cushions. They sold use used furniture for full price and tried to pass it off on us as brand new. Illegal! Absolutely unfathomable that a company would do this to their customers! Returned all pieces immediatey. Horrible business. Delivery : Purchased a leather sofa sectional last weekend and was told it was in stock and set up delivery for Wednesday. All but one piece arrived. Told us they would deliver the last piece later that day. (more of time waiting for last piece). Later in the day got call saying they couldn't deliver until Friday. Said we should expect call for delivery time. Took Friday off, never got call. Thursday I called to inquire (15 minutes hold time), was told time was not set up but would try to squeeze it in and would call me back to confirm. Never received call back. Furniture shows up next day unexpected. Seriously people, get your business together. In all wasted entire weekend shopping for new sectional, 2 days for delivery, only to return everything and still have no couch. Another weekend to be spent shopping elsewhere. Don't do business with this company. Prices are attractive but delivery hell and you might get used furniture.
