rev:text	One person at chick-in 9 people in line! POOL CLOSES AT 7pm WTF? REALLY? (Reason: no one to be a life guard after that time. Question: Is there a life guard now 3pm? Answer: NO, I know it's stupid) BREAKFAST IS EGGOS AND BOILED EGGS The FIRST room was okay but all the pipes in the walls were so loud and the fan in the bathroom screamed like there was a cat fight going on in there OMG so loud. The key cards were only good for one time. I MADE SURE TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM OTHER CARDS AND MY PHONE! I WAS NOT THE ONLY ROOM HAVING THIS PROBLEM, ALMOST EVERYONE I TALKED TO ABOUT IT HAD THE PROBLEM TOO!!! I was locked out at 11pm and couldn't get into the building because they keys didn't work. I went to the office and no one was there. The man that showed up about 20 minutes later was not apologetic and answered the phone instead of helping me. I finally got a replacement key for my room WITHOUT CHECKING MY ID. I informed the front desk worker the next morning and he moved my room. The SECOND room was worse! there was bodily fluid that stained the curtains, you could see it all over when the sun shined through them. GROSS! The blankets were wadded up and lumpy. the next morning I woke up and noticed there was a leak coming from the upstairs room through the light fixture and the water collected in the bathroom of my room and ruined everything I had on the counter including over $300 worth of makeup! The clerk at the counter said she could do NOTHING to help me except give me a generic email to contact the manager. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again THE OWNER "CHENG" IS RUNNING A TERRIBLE, DIRTY, POORLY MAINTAINED ESTABLISHMENT After this post I received a refund for my entire amount paid for the Hotel. That makes it a little better...
