  • Message to the ownership and management. Making customers happy should be your #1 priority. This place is run like our government, poor decision after poor decision, raising prices (like they raise taxes) instead of lowering them to get more people in the door. When your only focus is only your gaming revenue (and very few machines anyway), you should not be in this business (and that is likely going to take care of itself anyway). You should be happy for your customers when they win so they come back, not slow serve them drinks and be pissed that they won. Very short sited business plan. Very close to my house and NEVER coming back!!!
