  • This store seems to have diligently sought out the rudest people they could find and hired them to work with the public - on the front lines of their store. And it begins at the "customer service" desk. The staff answer the phone without really listening to what you want, then put you on hold and transfer your call to basically, oblivion. No one cares to come back to find out if you found what you wanted after being on hold for 10 minutes (without ever speaking to the department needed). After all that, when you ask to speak to the manager, you get the assistant manager, who is equally rude and uncaring - and did the exact same thing with long waits on hold (followed, in my case, by hanging up on me). The customer service desk is the worst. But several check out clerks also seem to have no idea how to be pleasant or respectful. Common courtesy is left at the door of this business, and if you combine that with extra high prices for every single item in the store, you get a question; "Why on earth would I shop here, where I am paying to be abused?" Answer; "I won't be"
