  • Let me be very clear . . . I don't want to give them even ONE STAR, but, I don't want anyone to think I may have forgot to rate them, therefore, it is a ONE STAR RATING. I will NEVER go back. I was VERY specific on what I like . . . He tried to upsell me on everything. I continued to say no, I know what I prefer. He was sloppy with the drill hitting my cuticles several times. He was rough with his pushing, pulling and tugging on my fingers! When he began to polish, OMG, not only did my nails have divets in them from the drill, he would NOT fix them, nor did he care, that I was unhappy. And, let's not even talk about his polish job . . . He didn't want to clean the up either! When I left I was sOoOo upset my hands were shaking! I left and went across the street to another salon by Tom's BBQ! They fixed me up beautifully!
