| - Beware of this company! I have had both the worst service and reception with this company then I have ever had with AT&T, Sprint, or Cingular. I've been trying for TWO months to try and correct the fact that I have a phone which is on "x-no service", 2g, or on 1-2 bars of service if that like 90% of the time. I drop calls ALLLL the time, if I even have enough signal to make a call in the first place. This is like all over the place, at work, home, outside, restaurants, grovery stores, friends' houses, etc. Several of their agents and a supervisor have told me my house is an "excellent coverage area" and that after trouble shooting they've determined the problem is NOT my phone but must be their network, and yet my problem hasn't been fixed. Then they tell me later, no it's not our network, it's your phone. How is it my phone when I got a brand new phone??? I've trouble shooted my phone, deleted things, got a brand new SG3, and still the same problems. Technical Support tells me they'll open a ticket with Engineering who will call me back in 48 hours and no one has called me back. I called about that several times, and even spoke to a supervisor who said he would, "Escalate it." Well, it has been at least a month since then and I have still yet to receive a call back. They won't let me out of my contract without charging me either $50 or $100 per line and I have 3 lines. (I get so much conflicting information from their agents, and was quoted both of those so who knows). I only have about ONE month left. I think that's so ridiculous. When I call their agents I've been put on hold for what seems like a really long time, only to find out they transferred me back into the call queue cause then some other random agents picks up and starts their opening call center spiel! Just today I was on the phone for OVER ONE HOUR JUST to find out why my bill was as much as it was. How does it take an HOUR to tell me how they came to that number??? I tell an agent I want to cancel my contract and how do I do this? They tell me to email contractreview@t-mobile.com and that it will take 10 business days or something to that effect to hear back from them, and that like a week or however long later I come to find out after calling that this is the WRONG department to contact, that it's actually a different place which I need to fax or mail to. This will also take like X amount of business days to hear back from. After a week I call back because I haven't heard from them still and it's been noted on my file that they rejected my claims and that they won't let me out of my contract without charging me the fee. They couldn't tell me why, but that they'll MAIL me a letter that MIGHT tell me why but they aren't sure, and that I'll receive this in 5-7 business days. One of the things the supervisor told me at this point was that well, "Engineering still has an open ticket for you." What?? How is that even a factor?? It was at least a month ago, and STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK or followed up AT ALL! I ask how they can expect me to pay so much money every month when I don't feel I receive the service/signal that I pay for, and then I'm expected to pay a penalty when I want to cancel as a result, even though I only have like a month left?! One of her responses? Well there are still trouble shooting steps that you can take." Yes lady, because I have just been sitting here on my butt, twiddling my thumbs for the last 2 months..... Ugh I hate this company!!!! This review isn't about this specific store, but about the company.
