  • I've been to this location a few times in the past 1-2 years and I cannot say one positive thing about this location. For starters, the customer service was terrible from the minute I ordered my new set of tires. When the new tires were installed a center cap on a wheel was over-tightened, causing it to crack. A tech told me this immediately when handing me the keys stating they found this must have happened prior. I knew this was not true as I was the last one to remove the wheels and I was sure to not over-tighten these. I bought a new cap and went back for a rotation and ANOTHER cap was then over-tightened. I understand it's only $25-$30 to replace each but it's not something I should be having to pay for. On top of this, my wife also purchased her tires new here but didn't experience any issues. However, on her last rotation they failed to TIGHTEN the lug nuts. Luckily our mechanic was working on the car the following day and advised us that whomever last worked on the car failed to tighten these. At this point I would NEVER recommend anyone come here and I will NEVER be back.
