  • Great products, great service, exceptional cleanliness. All 3 things at the same thing deserves 5 stars. I would throw in 5 more stars for the decor because this is the best looking place in all of Phoenix. My fav drinks: Thai Tea, Jasmin Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Tea, Sun Devil Sweet Tea, Malibu's Most Wanted smoothie, and Simply Peach Tea. I order all my drinks with their honey green boba, yes it's really green, but taste just like regular boba. Also, I always get a large because it's only a 50 cent difference to upgrade. This place is freakin' Instagram central. Every wall is aesthetically pleasing, especially that famous shrubbery wall with the neon sign. The diamond bars are freakin out-of-this-world. Gelato! Yessss, please! I asked an employee how they're made and they are hand poured daily! The price is right. My fav diamond bars: Matcha, Strawberry Cheesecake, Hazelnut. I've tried a few others and they are all good. The staff here is so friendly. They are interactive, patient, informative, and polite. They will usually check on you if you're sitting down and offer you water, which is a great touch. I'm very happy with my experiences here. The place is very clean, I don't see much dust, and the floors clean as well. The bathrooms are spotless! 10/10 would recommend! This is my absolute favorite place in Phoenix. It's better than all the boba places I've been to in SoCal, and if you know SoCal, then you know how high the bar is set!!
