  • I went here in November. Had a terrible experience with the customer service. I had a talk with the general manager. In my opinion, he seemed a bit annoyed that I would call to complain about one of his supervisors. He never apologized for his employees actions. Anyways. I'm originally from Portland, OR. I have been in Las Vegas for over 12 years now. I have supported Columbia since their infancy. I will now be giving my business to North Face. Such a sad end to a long term relationship.
