  • Even though we've bought from them before, this was the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Had a deal worked out (after several hours) shook on it, signed the papers, made deposit. Had to leave due to time constraints. In PM received message deal was all set, called in the morning "it all good, come in to get the car'". Get to dealership they had a totally different deal that we agreed upon. and no one seemed to remember the day before. Every time I told them to give me my money back they told me to wait "maybe" they could do something else. Gave me such a run around, people like this are what give car dealers a bad name. Horrible communication skills and poorly trained staff made this one star rate.
