| - Like many of us Chipotle patrons, I have been to several of its locations. This is by far the slowest, sloppiest, most rude and bizarre Chipotle I have ever been to. Yes, lunch time rush exists, but waiting in line for over 20 minutes (maybe 8-10 orders in front of me) is absolutely insane. I especially stand by that statement because today there were only two girls who clearly had horrible communication next to the obviousness that they do not get along. A line to the door, you would think that they'd have more than dos employees sloppily putting burritos together. That's ok.. there was no shame in the guy in back's "eating tortilla chips on the job" game. Every time I have ever been to this particular location, the employees are shoving food in their mouths while behind the counter. I guess since they're wearing gloves while they do it that makes it alright? I get up to order after turning a year older and missing my birthday in the meantime, ME: Hi, how are you doing today? Rude Burritoista: fine, white or brown rice (short toned with a side of eye roll). She might have been still reeling off the fact that the girl in front of me dared to ask for a dressing while not actually ordering a salad. She also got a side of a huff and a puff in one of those cute little plastic cups. Whatever... maybe you were having a bad day, we've all been there, but this isn't the first time I have witnessed you being a little snob to customers. Will I go back? Sure, but only out of convenience and I'll be sure to be extra simpatico to the same burritoista who makes up for her lack of customer service in the amount of salty eyerolls she includes with her burrito bowls...
