  • Big disappointment. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile due to all the great reviews. However, I was sorely disappointed. When I walked in I was ecstatic when I saw the giant French macaroons. They person behind the counter assured me it was baked fresh that day, it tasted a week old and was very bland. I was hesitant to get one because they're pricey, but the nice woman gave me one as a free sample. Normally everything free tastes good to me, but it was so bad it went into the trash after 2 bites. the beef sandwich (forgot the name, maybe brisket) was very FATTY and it was so bad I had to throw it in the trash too! It's a cute place and dog friendly on the patio, but I just don't understand the good reviews. Big disappointment. Maybe I'll go back one morning and try out the bread to see if that is what warrants all the good reviews.
