  • Living right around the corner. I was excited to be close to a UPS store . Well my first experience from the dark haired young man was he couldn't take me 3 minutes before closing. I needed to mail one thing. The last and final attempt to use this store was a one page document needed to be printed. I had to put my credit card on there computer system that works slower then my first computer. After spending 20 minutes trying to get this document printed and something was now wrong with the system they printed it from there email and refunded my card. So all the attempts to print was a complete waste of time and could of have been done in 1 minute. Clearly you are in a well established neighborhood and love locals. You really should maximize on the courteous approach to your local business users. I personally won't be back to sample change I learned my lesson after 2 times. I will drive to spend my dollars else where.
