Beware of doing business with Cox. They provide inferior and predatory customer service. I had them for a total of 10 days before I canceled, which was a hassle as well. The representative I set up service with completely lied about the service and pricing. I saw my bill and it was more than $30 from what i was quoted and agreed to. I spoke with several representatives including supervisors to rectify this matter and all I received was them trying to blame me for their unethical employee. Unfortunately, they are like a monopoly here in the valley with only option being Century Link dependent on your location. From what I understand, AT&T should be coming to the area in the future. To make a long story short, make sure you check your bill monthly and verify your services. Needless to say I do not have their service :)
