  • I've been to many car washes and car "spa's" in my life. I've had plenty of bad car washes, but this place takes the cake. I was persuaded to upgrade from my $30.00 car wash to the $50.00 car wash since I needed to wax my car (they claim it's a carnauba hard wax) anyway and condition the leather. They're supposed to completely clean the center console and cup holders etc. When I got my car home I got out to take a look at the work they'd done. Here's a list of their failures: -center console was still dirty -NONE of the windows and windshield were cleaned inside -a lot of dirt around the license plate and all around the bottom of the car (how can you wax a car with dirt on it?) -dash still had a ton of dog hair on it -water spots over much of the car especially the side mirrors -no evidence of the car being waxed (I asked and he assured me it had) -they must have used filthy rags because there are many noticeable scratches For $50.00 I expected a quality wash. What I got was the equivalent of washing my car in the dark as fast as I possibly could.
