  • What a joke... I had this company out to service my garage door and the tech that showed up went right into everything that was wrong. Super slimy and worse that a used car salesman. All I wanted was for the door to be serviced. Quoted me $862 for the job. I asked for the quote in writing, told him I was going to get other quotes before I had the work done. Then he told me he would have to charge me a trip charge for coming out. Funny when I called I asked about trip charges and was told there wouldn't be any charge, if I didn't have any work performed. Duck you A1... I called a few other companies on yelp and was quoted far less for the same work. SAME WORK: spring, rollers and cables for half the price. ***Update*** Bruce called and sent a message through yelp 10 minutes after I posted the review. He apologized and gave me a fair price for the work. I increased the star rating because of how quick I got a response and resolution, but I'm still not giving them my business. They should have given me a fair price from the start.
