Horrible and Incompetent Staff! I called today to ask about my order since I've been dealing with family issues. After providing the order # I was told it was delivered and at the store (obviously I knew that it was delivered by the tracking #). Drove 20 mins to pick up my order. Waited another 20 mins because they couldn't seem to find it. Confused since I just called an hour before I asked Liz the person who obviously needs coaching on how to do her job, who was the person who signed for the package. Was told that person does work there but they don't know where it is. Confused I then asked, you do know delivery was on JUNE 1st and NOT JULY 1st right?! She said, OH the girl just told me the 1st, yea we only hold it for 14 days then it's returned. I looked at her and asked, so when I called and provide the order # your rep couldn't see that, really?! She said sorry I was only told the 1st. My response, thank you for wasting my time!
People need to stop being lazy and look at the information in front of them because not only did you piss off a customer, waste my time but now I have to call corporate when this could of been avoided if the rep who answered the phone LOOKED at the date the order was delivered to their store!
PS saying sorry doesn't help a situation when you've wasted not only my time but gas driving to your stupid store!
