  • This is a Scottsdale staple. Has been here forever. Food and service is always really good and there is always live music. The house band, The Herndon Brothers have been playing there for as long as I can remember and are always on point. 2 things that keep me from giving 5 stars. 1. This is probably one of the only places I've seen In a very long time that still charges a cover. 2. Double check your tab before you close out, sometimes the servers will tip themselves 20% automatically and not tell you so you end up tipping more. Even when you're not with a big group. Other than that we will continue to frequent Handlebar -J. It's a great spot.
