  • I am a frequent consignment store shopper. I finally found the most gorgeous bed frame, headboard, foot board and matching railings for an incredible good price. Bought it immediately cuz I know at that price it won't be in the store long. They recommended "Errands4 You" for the delivery and assembly. Jess (owner ) and Pedro delivered on time, were professional and pleasant, worked diligently with this heavy project. That night when I went to get into bed the side of the bed fell apart! What a shock. Called the store the next morning. They suggested I let Jesse come back to see the problem. It was a manufacturers defect, Jesse was able to fix the frame. Kim at the store was willing to take the bed back or let Jesse fix it; at their expense. I give this store 5 stars because when I had a problem they were willing to help work it out for me. The way a store treats a customer when there is a problem, tells the true heart of that store. There merchandize changes daily so if you don't find what you are looking for the first time, keep looking. Kudos to Kim, Jesse and Pedro.
